Help ensure office success by getting members into the office through excellent customer service skills.
Answer questions and follow policies in accordance with Company policies and HOA covenants.
Answer telephones in a thorough and timely manner.
Help new and current members get accounts/membership set up.
Send email blasts Always maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Maintain Holley by the Sea website Maintain Holley by the Sea Facebook page Create and send email blasts to the membership, via Holley by the Sea Website Set up association meetings and attend meetings to assist the General Manager Plan and coordinate Association events Review surveillance footage Exhibit polite and professional communication with staff, members, vendors, contractors, etc in person, over the phone, and via email Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager's Office Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel) They have a strong sense of personal responsibility and take ownership of their work.
Most importantly, they uphold a high level of integrity and ethics.
Must have open availability to attend BOD meetings Strong Organizationall skills A strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language Minimum Education:
High School diploma/GED equivalent Preferred Education:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
