Job Description:
- Answer phones, conduct intakes and conflict checks, and schedule events; - Maintain attorneys' calendars; - Draft, proofread, file, and serve litigation/court documents; and - Organize and manage electronic documents/files.
Thieman-Greene & Bell is a small, friendly law firm in Navarre, Florida.
We need someone to work generally 9AM to 5PM, Monday thru Thursday, but we can be flexible.
Experience is preferred, but not required.
We are willing to train someone who is the right fit for us.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
