We have a very rare opening that we are looking to fill with the right person for our team! We are looking for an office manager / customer service representative that is highly motivated, detail oriented, and always extremely friendly and helpful to customers.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers in a fast-paced environment.
Always ensuring a friendly, helpful attitude.
Schedule and dispatch jobs to technicians Work closely with technicians, owner, and field manager to ensure proper communication on all aspects Send billings to larger accounts Pull permits, coordinate needs for larger jobs Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry and communication Assist in gathering information for reports and other follow up as needed Creating various reports and updating on a regular basis Collect data and forms for accounting department Keep track of miscellaneous office duties and perform independently after proper training.
Assisting in marketing and reaching out to new vendors to create business relationships In the future, your responsibilities may include training and overseeing additional staff Requirements:
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hour weeks with great attendance.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, organized, problem solver with keen attention to detail, ability to multitask, dependable Valid driver's license Knowledge of basic computer systems and quick learning with technology Must have a positive attitude!
