The Hairstylist Assistant will be responsible for providing hair styling, color treatments, hair care, hair extensions and authentic guest experiences as they graduate through the AVEDA technical program.
(If you hold a Florida Barber License, we offer Men's grooming/shaving services.
)The Hairstylist will also be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences and giving them personalized style advice.
In addition, the Hairstylist Assistant will support their peer stylists with shampooing, sweeping, laundry, trash removal, and general assistant duties as prescribed.
Our Hairstylist are Commission Paid, however, this role with be at minimum 20 hours per week paid Hourly for a minimum of 3 - 6 months (as determined by management) and will become Full Commission after the 3 - 6 months.
