We are seeking a results oriented Customer Service Representative for our real estate investment firm's property management division in the Florida panhandle area This is a local, full time position.
This person will be involved in the day to day operations that includes conducting property tours for prospective tenants conversations with prospective tenants about available units for rent processing applications conversations with existing tenants and coordinating repairs with our maintenance staff and external vendors visiting sites to take pictures other administrative tasks related to property management Experience needed:
Conversationally fluent in Spanish Customer service experience Experience in identifying, analyzing and solving new problems in a fast paced environment Previous experience in quickly learning new technology Compensation:
