Customer Service Representative

Rooter Man of Navarre has an opening for Customer Service Representative which will be accountable for producing the following result: Assist in revenue generation and profitability by scheduling jobs and communicating with customers in an effective and timely manner.

This is a full time position with a work schedule that will include weekends.

The main responsibilities of this position will be as follows:
Creating a schedule of jobs for techs in territories.
Answer incoming calls.
Place outgoing calls to customers.
Keep follow up board clear and up to date.
Process and submit details
Communicate with technicians, customer and stores effectively via phone and email to get jobs done smoothly.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
