Corporate Regional Managers/Property Managers

Must be involvement in instructional activities
Educating the students about the topic of resident problem solving, Lease ups etc. implementing it in the classroom
Handout company training material
Utilization of classroom assessment techniques
Preparing the student for the practice and final test questions.
Consultation with the course coordinator
Grading of tests (if appropriate, based on type of test)
In consultation with the course coordinator, assure that course content allows students to meet terminal competencies associated with that course
Attending meetings of the course instructors and course coordinator to discuss.
Attendance at meetings with the course training specialist and the class representatives for the course to obtain feedback.
All instructors will be accountable for his or her training activities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
