Spectrum House, Inc., a leading provider of ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, is in search of motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs or BCaBAs) to join our family.
Spectrum House is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and energetic BCBAs to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, as well as provide 1:1 therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBAs will be working with children and their families in both the center and natural environment. This position will require extensive hands-on time in the center setting, probing and implementing interventions, conducting and supervising assessments, reviewing documentation and training staff.
Position Summary:

As a Spectrum House BCBA, you'll be responsible for:



  • Supervising and behavior technicians and designing specialized behavioral intervention services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities

  • Regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness and observations, along with providing education to caregivers

  • Overseeing program data analysis, treatment plan development, and updating individualized programs to ensure each child's development is accurately reflected

  • Attend occasional staff meetings with the Spectrum House leadership team, to develop trainings and collaborate with other BCBAs and clinicians

  • Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis and related fields

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
